TPC Performance Refund Policy

At TPC Performance, we are committed to delivering high-quality coaching and fitness solutions tailored to your goals. Due to the personalized nature of our services and products, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Coaching Services (1:1, Group, and Custom Programs):

All coaching services (including 1:1 coaching, group programs, and custom plans) are non-refundable once the initial consultation or onboarding materials have been delivered.

If you wish to cancel your coaching package before your first session or before receiving any personalized materials, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase.

After the coaching process has started (including access to training materials, app, or communication with your coach), no refunds will be issued.

In exceptional circumstances (medical emergencies or significant life events), refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team at admin@tpcperformance.co with relevant documentation.

2. Merchandise:

Merchandise (such as apparel) may be eligible for exchange or store credit only in cases of defects or incorrect items received. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery, with proof of purchase and photos of the item.

3. Program Transfers & Pauses:

Coaching packages cannot be transferred to another individual.

If you need to pause your coaching due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact support to discuss available options.

5. Policy Updates:

TPC Performance reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The current policy will always be available on our website.
